Caterers can offer a unique variety of food that reception sites
cannot. In addition some reception facilities do not have a kitchen
of their own and your responsible for providing the caterer.
If you do have it at a hall ask for references. There are all
kinds of cateres that have specialties in what they do, and we
recommend
a taste
test
before
choosing
one. Choose a caterer with experience and find out what limitations
they have. Some of them do not have bartending abilities or liquor
licences of their own but usually work with an outside source,
and they can point you in the right direction.
